Life changing! Kim was an answer to a prayer. Recovering from an illness that resulted in thin tendons, loss of muscle mass, and Neuropathy, I was afraid to start exercising. A friend suggested Pilates, but also being overweight made me self-conscious to join a gym. Within the first 15 minutes of talking with Kim I trusted her. She is extremely knowledgeable and also took the time to learn more about my illness. We started really slow. She knows how to protect the body.
